Refunds

JWinConceals LLC will give a full refund in the event of the arrival of a damaged item. Claims must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Pictures of damaged item must be sent to us.

Please understand, that we can Not give out refunds or preform returns on customized items, uniquely made to your wishes, for other reasons than damage.

Disfunctional Locks

In the case of receiving a disfunctional lock, we will gladly provide a new one within claim up to 90 days after arrival of Item received.
